Kinderagarten

A child's formative years are crucial. In BGIS, we take it as our mission to help each child discover the beauty of God's wonderful creation, through classroom study, circle chapel time, physical education, arts, hands-on craft and cooking activities and play.

Each classroom is designed to have your child experience learning appropriate with their age. Our Kindergarten department is equipped with competent and God-fearing teachers who  have the passion for honing young mind's grow in God's wisdom and knowledge. Children start daily with simple exercises and Circle Time. English is the main language of instruction.

Aside from the alphabet and numbers, students build their vocabulary and grammar skills through literature and direct instruction. Fine motor skills are enhanced through tracing activities and manipulatives while gross motor skills are harnessed by the multiple facilities like the trampoline, monkey bars and free play in the garden.

We believe that language skills best develop during the child’s formative Kindergarten years. We take advantage of this by teaching multiple language skills such as Thai, Chinese and Korean by native speakers.

Additional learning areas are Cooking, Crafts, Montessori, Music, Swimming, Indoor Play and Physical Education.

Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from him.

Lower School (Grade 1 - 6)
