We admit new students and transferee on the basis of the results of the entrance exam, interviews, academic records, character evaluation and the parents’ acceptance of the school’s mission statement, philosophy, and policies.

FIRST SEMESTER: August – December
SECOND SEMESTER: January –May
SUMMER: OCTOBER, MARCH and JUNE
Step 1: Submit filled out and pay a non- refundable Application Fee of THB 5,000 to the BGIS Admission Office.
The student must submit the following documents to the Admission Counselor (email@example.com), along with the BGIS Application Form and Application Fee. (Note: ALL documents to be submitted MUST be translated in English.)
Birth Certificate / Household Register of its equivalent
3 pieces 3 x 4 cm picture of the student white background
1 piece 3 x 4 cm picture of each parent
Photocopy of Student and each Parents’ Passport page showing birth date, picture(within 6 month period and current Visa)
Medical Certificate and/or Immunization Records
Recommendation Letter from the Principal or Guidance Counselor from former school
Original and Photocopy of Transcript of Records and/or Progress Report Card from former school
Step 2: Student will take Admission Exam to confirm Grade Level placement.
If the student passes, proceed to Step 3.
If student fails, student will be administered the Intensive English Program placement test.
The student must accept the IEP recommendation in order to attend BGIS.
Step 3: Upon confirmation of Grade Level placement, student will have fees
assessed from the BGIS Cashier.
Payments made through banks must be confirmed through email before Official Student Admission to BGIS.
Incomplete requirements for regular students mean non-issuance of Transcript of Records upon graduation.
Students who have been home-schooled previously and have valid Certificate of Completion and Transcript from Home-school provider will be admitted with the same process as mentioned above.
Students who have been home-schooled previously and DO NOT have valid Certificate of Completion and Transcript from Home-school provider will be admitted upon signing the Parent-Partnership Agreement Form.
